@barrygoldman1 Thank you for the question! Supercritical CO2 can exist at above 7.3 MPa and 31 °C, meaning that the water depth must be at least 700 m. CO2 pool is assumed to be supplied near the hydrothermal system. If you're interested, please check out this paper.
