So after 5 years in various roles today is my last day @TASCharity. Itβs been an amazing privilege being part of the charities growth & supporting #ambulance colleagues during this time ππ #ThankYou#YouMatter
What a great day to be checking in with colleagues past and present and reminding them about @TASCharity Happy #999Day all ππβ€οΈ πππRemember to ask twice. How are you ? @999Day
I am delighted to have joined the #Emergency Responder Senior Leader Board with The Duke of Cambridge earlier this week. @TASCharity is looking forward to working together to make sure that all emergency responders are able to receive the best #MentalHealth support possible.
Someone sharing their own personal experience of mental illness isn't attention seeking.
β It's a sign of strength
β It empowers others
β It helps people feel less alone
β It helps eradicate stigma
Don't be ashamed of your story, let it inspire others.

15 years ago today my planned rest day started very differently. I can still remember the words of the first call. Thinking of colleagues in @Ldn_Ambulance@metpoliceuk@LondonFire and the 52 people that never made it home. Proud to work with such brave & caring people. ππβ€οΈ
