To every #cPenNetwork community member affected by the BitMart situation:

Since BitMart announced its wind-down, we have asked the exchange, privately and publicly, to lower both the CPEN withdrawal fee and the minimum, while also processing pending withdrawals. So far, we have received no response to our requests.

BitMart has since announced that it is developing a potential restructuring and business-resumption plan as an alternative to a full wind-down. The outcome remains uncertain, and BitMart says it expects to provide another update by September 9.

We know how difficult these past weeks have been for affected CPEN holders: high withdrawal requirements, pending withdrawals, and uncertainty about what happens next.

We have been considering what cPen can do from our side to help.

After careful consideration, we have made a decision.

Our plan does not depend on BitMart.

Our commitment

Eligible cPen users whose 2025 CPEN distribution was sent to a BitMart deposit address and who were affected by BitMart's wind-down or restructuring process will receive a one-time goodwill HATN credit from cPen.

The program is intended to address two situations:

• CPEN from the 2025 distribution that users were unable to practically recover from BitMart

• High CPEN withdrawal fees incurred during the wind-down process

The goodwill credit will be provided in HATN, subject to a per-user cap.

The calculation method, conversion rate, cap, eligibility rules, and other program terms will be announced together before applications open.

How it will work

We are developing a simple in-app application process.

The process will be free and handled directly through the official cPen app. Eligibility will be verified using cPen's records and other available information under the final program rules.

There will be no application fee, and we will never ask you to pay anyone to participate.

We expect to publish the full program terms and application instructions in September or October.

Important

This is a one-time, voluntary goodwill program.

BitMart is an independent platform. cPen is not responsible for BitMart's business decisions, withdrawal policies, fees, processing times, or assets held on its platform.

This program does not change that responsibility. It is something we have voluntarily chosen to do to support affected members of our community.

The program is independent of BitMart.

Any goodwill HATN credit provided by cPen will be separate from the BitMart restructuring or withdrawal process. Further details regarding the treatment of any later BitMart recovery will be included in the final program terms.

Please keep your BitMart records and support tickets, including dates, amounts, transaction records, and ticket numbers. They may be important if BitMart requests evidence as part of its withdrawal or restructuring process.

HATN credited through this program will be subject to the applicable HATN rules and the final terms of the program.

Stay safe

The cPen team never sends private messages asking for funds, passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or verification codes.

Anyone privately offering to "recover" your BitMart funds on behalf of cPen is not representing us.

Please rely only on official cPen Network accounts and announcements inside the cPen app.

We cannot control what happens at BitMart.

But where there is something we can reasonably do from our side to support our community, we will do our best to do it.
