@flipkartsupport Actually you people are NOT SORRY at all @flipkartsupport ....you couldnt show me the written clause and havent even refunded the handling charge. Just twisting and turning around the same sentence 'its non refundable'. As a customer I just only need to believe what you say....

@flipkartsupport I'm wasting my time with you people....you couldnt show me the clause that the charges are non refundable....thats enough for me to take legal actions against @Flipkart . You people are thinking that just for Rs.69/- I wont take any legal action, but you people are wrong.

@flipkartsupport I thought u people want to solve the issue. But in DM after discussing evything, a message says that refund of original amount done and contact your bank. The prblem was never with the original amount. Its with the amount which has been deducted unethically.
