Who does our data really belong to?
The data AI will need in the future will no longer come only from websites, text, and images. Increasingly, it will come from people’s real lives: first-person video, movement trajectories, voice, location, work processes, health information, physiological signals, and even emotions and behavioral patterns.
This leads to a very practical question that our team often discusses:
If data allows AI to understand a person more deeply, who should have the right to use that data?
Health data is one of the clearest examples. If data from wearable devices, exercise records, sleep patterns, or even body sensors is used to assess a person’s health risks, should that data be used only to help the individual and their doctors improve health outcomes? Or should insurance companies also be allowed to use it to recalculate premiums, assess risk, or even decide whether to provide coverage?
This raises a fundamental principle:
“The ability to calculate a person does not mean the right to define a person.”
Are AI and robots truly helping humanity, or are they ultimately replacing us?
The original purpose of technology is to reduce dangerous, repetitive, and low-value labor. But as AI and robotics become increasingly capable, the boundary is starting to blur: which tasks should be entrusted to machines, and which should still belong to humans? And once efficiency improves, who should share in the value that is created?
We once saw a deeply striking scene: workers wearing Ego first-person data collection devices, carefully carrying out their everyday tasks, while cameras recorded their field of view, movements, workflows, and experience. In the future, this data may become training material for AI and robots. This gives rise to a paradox that is both powerful and unsettling:
A person is using their own labor to train the machine that may one day replace that very labor.
What truly causes anxiety is not simply whether a particular job may disappear, but something deeper: when human experience itself becomes training data, how should people share in the long-term value created from it?
A Bullman takes responsibility.
Leadership is not a title.
It is the willingness to stand up when things are uncertain.
When a project succeeds, share the credit.
When it fails, face the problem.
When others hesitate, act.
Responsibility is not a burden.
It is the price of trust.
Builders take ownership.

Thank you very much for reaching out and for your interest in helping Bullman Club grow.
Bullman Club is still at a very early stage. We are preparing a collection of 10,000 Bullman NFTs to be launched on OpenSea, while building the community around art, technology, Web3, culture and future-oriented ideas.
At this stage, we plan to invite around 50 early Web3-native creators, community builders and influencers to join us as Founding Ambassadors and help shape the project from the beginning.
Our current idea is simple:
participants will help introduce Bullman Club to their communities through genuine engagement with our X content, including reposting different official posts and, where appropriate, creating original content, joining Spaces, or introducing interesting people and projects.
Those who complete the basic founding contribution requirements will receive one Genesis Bullman NFT, randomly allocated from #001–#100. These NFTs are intended to represent the identity of the earliest contributors to Bullman Club.
We are also designing additional reward levels for people who contribute more through original content, community growth, reach, collaborations, introductions or other meaningful contributions.
We do not want this to become a simple “post-for-payment” campaign. Our goal is to find people who genuinely like the idea and would like to build something interesting with us over time.
We are finalizing the Founding Ambassador rules now, and we would be very happy to discuss how you might participate.
If you are interested, please send us a short introduction about yourself, your X account, your main areas of interest, and how you would like to work with Bullman Club.

@seniorsam_ Exactly. For Bullman Club, trust must become action: members make clear commitments, contribute before they ask, collaborate on real projects, and build reputation through what they deliver. Trust is not just a value—it becomes the operating system of the community.
We plan to invite 50 extraordinary artists, innovators, builders, and thinkers from around the world to become the founding members of Bullman Club.
