Buddy, I don't want to regulate their earnings. But it shouldn't be a bidding war between schools. IN MY OPINION Schools should have X amount of dollars for a player pool. Not sure how it should be allocated. But NIL should be separate. Should have nothing to do with the schools. Wanna do commercials, promote stuff. Do it. Get a reputable, certified agent and have them find the athlete the deals. That's what NIL was supposed to be.
