@IncomeTaxIndia @priyanka_goel87 we , practitioners know that, how it is working!!! 1) 26AS Can't Download, 2) Previous year ITR form can't download, 3) Privew form (before submitting) can't download, 4) Some times AIS also can't download!!!!

Dear @IncomeTaxIndia & @nsitharamanoffc ,

Yesterday CBDT “extended” the due date by 1 day via a Press Release.
👉 But a press release is not binding in law.
👉 A valid Gazette Notification Number is required.

From 12 AM last night till now, lakhs of returns have been filed on a schema without any notification backing.

This is ridiculous & makes a joke of the law.
