@amazonIN This is unacceptable. I ordered a Samsung S24 Ultra worth ₹71,999 on 27 Sept. The phone was missing from the package. I reported it within 10 mins. After 10+ calls & written assurance of refund, Amazon now says “item was intact”

Please take note: denying a refund for a missing ₹71,999 item after admitting earlier “refund assurance” is serious consumer rights violation.

Amazon’s Executive Relations team (Rohit) kept extending the timeline — first promised by 6 Oct, then 12 Oct — and now simply refuses refund. I’ve never received the phone I paid for. This is clear harassment & total failure of customer protection

@AmazonHelp The package was delivered but the item was missing, there were only bedsheet and light which i ordered, s24 ultra was never delivered, that's why there is confusion. Kindly look into that, check my first complaint registered through call with your executive on 27th September
