I know many people are getting fed up but as I was reminded yesterday; WW2 lasted 6 years, In 1939 petrol was rationed, 1940 food was, typically being allowed 3pints of milk a week and in 1941 clothes were rationed.

If you are walking down to your local beach over the next few weeks remember;
1. No lifeguards are on duty.
2. The water is only 9 degrees think cold water shock.
3. Emergency services are stretched, don’t take any unnecessary risks.
4. It’s not forever !
