✅ A basic carbon filter removes chlorine and many contaminants.
✅ A reverse osmosis system removes the most, including fluoride and PFAS.
✅ Add a pinch of sea salt and a squeeze of lemon to remineralize filtered water.

❌ Bottled water in plastic is not the answer. Most is just filtered tap water in a hormone-disrupting container.
