Our Symphonic Band shared their talents this week at the Bradham and Brooks Branch Library. Students connected with families, demonstrated instruments, and answered questions. We’re proud of how our musicians represented TCA and shared their gifts with others.
4th grade had a fun field trip to St. Augustine, where they were immersed in Florida history. They went on a trolley tour and heard fun facts they’ve been studying, along with new ones. They also toured the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and enjoyed a picnic outside.
Our Student Leadership University students toured the courthouse and sheriff’s department for a closer look at leadership in action. They met with Jody Phillips, TK Waters, and Jacob Vorpahl, who shared how they serve Jacksonville and how their faith shapes their leadership.
Our Spring Chorus Concert is coming up next week on April 20th at 6:30pm! Come and see what our students have been working on, and hear what they’ve learned throughout the year!
TCA’s second annual ARTSCAPE! Upper Division students showcased drawings, paintings, and creative pieces that filled the building with creativity. Families explored the exhibit, voted for their favorites, and enjoyed an interactive art activity in the art room.
Thank you to everyone who came out to our Annual Football Golf Tournament to support our football program. It was a fun day together, filled with good conversations, friendly competition, and shared support for our team. Go Conquerors! 💙
Last week, some of our students visited Kennedy Space Center for a day of learning and exploration. They toured the facility, met astronauts, and spent time with TCA alum and Artemis engineer Joshua Jones. The day ended back at school just in time for the Artemis II splashdown.

Our third graders became pizza chefs for the day, using their own pizza creations to practice fractions! From choosing toppings to cutting slices, they explored how fractions work in a hands-on and creative way. 🍕
Some of our TCA students spent Friday night volunteering at Night to Shine, a prom-style event hosted by the Tim Tebow Foundation that celebrates individuals with special needs! 🌟
Our Upper Division is focusing on the value of human life this month. Dr. Josh Branum spoke in Bible classes and chapel on the God who sees the value of every human life, and students are collecting baby care items for First Coast Women’s Services.
Our Lower Division Enhancements, STEM, Music, and Technology classes participated in the nationwide Hour of Code/AI, exploring computer science through hands-on activities. From block coding to robots and digital challenges, our students learned that anyone can code.

Our Upper Division Space Club, Stellar Minds, met with Apollo 13’s Fred Haise on Zoom yesterday and spent time learning from him and hearing about his experiences as an astronaut!

🎉 Congratulations to our TCA Regional Spelling Bee teams!
Our students earned 7 wins at the Regional Spelling Bee on October 24, with 5 in Elementary and 2 in Middle School, and all went on to compete in the State Competition. We are so proud of each of our students!
