This is imperative. Sickle cell awareness and screening remain greatly underserved in many communities, especially in rural and low-resource areas. Too many people live unaware of their sickle cell status until serious complications arise. Early screening can save lives, prevent suffering, and guide better health decisions for families. It’s time we raise our voices—awareness and access to screening must become a priority for every community. Every child deserves a healthy start.

Women having a choice to abortion? What of men? Who too owns a right to this unborn child.

-By the way, the abortion you simply called safe is not entirely safe as you pronounce. It carries alot of risks too.

However, when we speak what's on ground. This restricted environment towards abortion has contributed to a high incidence of totally unsafe abortion amongst young girls which is a significant cause of maternal deaths.

-So, l believe it's more powerful if we draw emphasis on safe & protected sex, know your partner well before marriage and empower the girl child- such that if they get an unwanted pregnancy, they don't think of aborting, rather are fixed to take care of the baby.
