Suspected serial killer in Oregon-

Jesse Calhoun has now been charged in the deaths of six women.

He is accused of killing 5 of his victims in the Portland area in 2023.

Authorities believe that Jesse killed Elizabeth ‘Libby’ Gibson (32) on November 18, 2022.

As if the horrific deaths in the Clancy case were not enough, the fight for justice for Harmony begins again ONE WEEK from today.

Adam Montgomery has been returned from Virginia to a New Hampshire prison for the first pretrial conference in his retrial for Harmony’s murder.

Along with dads of Harmony's brother whose adoption I finalized, we stood with Harmony through the first trial, and we will be there again—hoping justice once more speaks clearly for the little girl whose voice was taken from her.

Because you grew up needing to read people accurately to stay safe, your pattern recognition for inauthenticity is genuinely exceptional. You notice microexpressions, inconsistencies between words and tone, and the specific energy of someone performing versus someone being real. Scientists call this hypermentalization.

Community Notification: Missing At-Risk Juvenile

CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 11-year-old Emilio Gerardo. Emilio was last seen on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at approximately 8:06 p.m. after leaving his residence in the North Carefree Circle and Peterson Road area. Emilio is a Hispanic male, approximately 4’8’’ tall, weighing about 65 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black Converse shoes. He may have a VR headset with him. According to the family, Emilio may be around the Sand Creek High School or Remington Park area.

NH AG files Motion for Reconsideration of Adam Montgomery decision with the New Hampshire Supreme Court with serious allegations and criticisms of the Court.

Having read the State's motion for reconsideration in the Adam Montgomery case it is stronger than I initially expected and raises several legitimate legal arguments.

The State argues that the New Hampshire Supreme Court: (1) incorrectly found prosecutors had waived an important joinder argument when they had not; (2) improperly relied on trial testimony rather than limiting its review to the evidence before the trial judge when the pretrial joinder ruling was made; and (3) improperly weighed witness credibility and minimized the overall strength of the murder evidence—issues traditionally reserved for the jury.

Whether the Court grants reconsideration is another matter, as those motions rarely succeed. But this is a substantive legal challenge to the Court's analysis, not simply disagreement with the outcome.
