Not been on twitter for years but I'm gonna miss you best American @ChangelingWub known you over 10 years and my heart and soul are heavy so much right now...TC has lost her best friend
I worked panto Front of House a few years ago for a while, imagine having to pick up that rubbish within 20 mins cause the next audience are due to come in, sad to see this hasn't changed but thank you Mr Manford for calling this out, it's not the rubbish it's the sheer amount!
๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ the person who went for me last night in the FB group has been suspended for being rude ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ admin said they voiced their opinion until it was just being rude...baaaaahahahha so true they got so rude over nowt
I pay every artist I commission well above minimum wage, I make sure of it hence why I want upfront pricing, underselling? I will tip to above! Uuuugh sorry just hate people like this, right that's the end of it bye I'm off back to Insta
Actually they contradicted themselves...they said ยฃ40 as my minimum was way too low...OK fair but you said art has a huge range from drawing a simple bottle to huge landscapes...what if I my ยฃ40 is for a simple bottle that takes the artist 30 mins to draw?
However, attacking prospective commissioners in clear view of other commissioners for having an opinion they share with others probably isn't the best thing to do ๐คฃ noone wants to work with a rude artist
Just a rant into the Abyss, I replied to a post on FB about what commissioners are looking for when finding an artist and gave my own personal list, including upfront pricing, and someone just WENT for me
If you as an artist don't want to post your prices (or at least a range if you can't pin point) that's completely up to you! ๐ your art your prerogative!
