Adding Ivermectin to Chemo works by attacking cancer stem cells. But why add fenben to the ivermectin?

Fenbendazole stops cancer cells from dividing properly: It messes with their internal "skeleton" (microtubules) needed for splitting, causing them to get stuck and die — similar to some chemo drugs but in a different way. This also weakens cancer stem cells that rely on strong structure.

It cuts off cancer's main fuel supply: Cancer loves sugar (glucose) for quick energy. Fenbendazole blocks sugar transporters and key enzymes, starving the cells. This triggers stress, oxidative damage, and special death modes like pyroptosis or ferroptosis, especially in resistant cancers.

It flips on cell suicide switches: Fenbendazole activates pathways (like p53) that make cancer cells self-destruct via apoptosis, plus adds stress in other cell parts. This complements ivermectin's stem-cell targeting, which is why they're often used together in the theory — one hits structure/metabolism, the other signaling and roots.
