We still have a long way to go when it comes to awarding Black artists, let alone other artists of color. This wasn't even that long ago. There needs to be a change...like...some sort of organization created to uplift these artists...🤔like I wonder....who could that be....?
watching Beyoncé’s homecoming and hearing about how hard she pushed herself to the point of exhaustion for her shows, and now seeing Doja Cat express that she is tired makes me wish for her rest. Imagine going full out every other day at festivals and being told you can’t stop.
Dear major labels, if the gender pay gap figures you have announced today are "disappointing" and "seem at odds" with the progress you're making on gender equality...maybe you're not making as much progress as you like to think you are?! More action.
