Just learned of all this after Michigan fans were bitching about it and some TCU fan found the rule to counter it. Just sharing the newly learned rule.

It doesn't specify anything else that contradicts what I said about it being blown dead, as almost all major rules are the same at both levels. Just trying to help you sleep better about it, bud.
