NEW: Joe Rogan says Fauci’s pardon could actually BACKFIRE on him.
“He’s pre-pardoned federally, but he’s not pre-pardoned state-wise. These states can still sue him. Not only that, when you’re pardoned, you can no longer plead the Fifth, so you could be held for perjury.”
With a federal pardon in place, This means Fauci would be forced to testify without Fifth Amendment protection—opening the door to perjury charges if he gets caught lying.
So, the very pardon meant to shield Fauci could actually become his legal trap. Let’s see which prosecutors have the courage to hold him accountable.
