I just launched ReplyGauge — and I’m looking for SaaS founders who want to get in early.
If you’re building a software product, you can add and claim your profile for free.
Why bother?
→ Build a public, verified support reputation
→ Show how quickly you actually respond to customers
→ Turn resolved support questions into public proof
→ Give potential customers more confidence before they buy
→ Get another searchable page for your product
→ Let users find answers without asking you the same question again
→ Eventually use your support performance as something worth showing off
The idea behind ReplyGauge is simple:
Anyone can say they have great customer support.
ReplyGauge helps you prove it.
Users ask public questions.
Verified founders and product teams respond.
ReplyGauge measures the real interactions — response times, answer rates and resolutions.
I’ve already added and officially verified my own products, ReplyGauge and Zumiqo.
Now I want to bring in the first group of SaaS founders and build this around real products, not demo data.
If you’re building a SaaS, AI tool, developer tool or other software product:

And if you join early, I’d genuinely love your feedback on what would make the profile valuable enough that you’d proudly link to it from your own site.
@alisalahio I’ve could have guessed that there are such an expenses, but still - I hope you enjoy that sweet victory. Wish you the best and keep grinding!
@ardent__dev Most of the stuff I use AI I can host myself so nothing much to worry about. I will miss codex but still - most of the needs I have are covered with my 5 year old home server.
@coryalthoff It depends.. in some cases it’s not worth it - in others you have the leverage of knowing what is already built and what you can additionally provide on to of that.
Well it depends on what are you doing. https://t.co/YRwYRpGS9Q decides your roadmap for you - you just need a goal and the rest is taken cared of.
And enough of my sales pitch, but I really do believe most people know what they want to achieve, but they don’t know the roadmap it takes to achieve it.
@alexcooldev This depends on the end goal - mine is to have like 1-2k a month additional revenue to my salary than completely replace my 9-5 job. This way I have the stability I want and also the freedom to do as I want and when I want to!
@solopribuilds No, not for sure - I get bored way too fast and for years I couldn’t finish a simple project. Now with AI things seems a lot easier to stick to.
@shhhafi_ Absolutely, mate. The concept of outbidding isn’t entirely new. I recall an iOS app from many years ago that simply cost 999 dollars just to demonstrate your financial status. This idea operates in a similar vein and has become viral in recent times.
Lately, my favorite part has honestly been just talking to Codex.
During the day I still write most of the code myself, but in the evenings Codex helps me with my side projects after work. It’s pretty amazing that we’ve reached this point.
From here, I think we’ll write less and less code ourselves and spend much more time thinking about the product and how people actually use it.
@DougStandley@5thnode Tom is my lucky follow for the day — I have no idea who he is or what he posts about, but I’ll “roll the dice” with him (well, following someone on X isn’t that much of a risk, but still… 😅). Nevertheless, a recommendation like that is hard to pass on!
@ayoub_el77927 Absolutely, mate! Putting together a finished product with Codex takes just a day or two. But getting that first real customer? That’s where the real work begins!
