In a 5–4 ruling, they confirmed he can use the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to treat Tren de Aragua as what it is: an invading foreign force.

That means:

According to Dr. Mehmet Oz, the administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), data indicate that 4.4 million people are enrolled in Obamacare, apparently without their knowledge. He noted that, unlike 80 percent of health insurance holders, this population has never used their coverage for a doctor visit, prescription, or any other medical service.
