@kylesshortcuts @AnthonyLapietra I have a working alternative to Gorgias that allows me to train my agent and handle CS questions. Right now during training it drafts every response. I rate it and approve or reject. Once it gets to a high enough rating and ticket count per topic it can go autodrive.
