@TELUSsupport What's happening with the service in Bowmanville? Calls consistently dropped/scrambled, wifi not working. This has been going on for weeks for our entire family and through a FB group we're now hearing it's affecting a lot of customers.

@TELUSsupport My phone? Yes. My sons phone? Yes. My roommates phone? Yes. I even got a new SIM card being told that was the issue. This issue is happening to a LOT of customers in the area and began about a month ago. This isn't our normal service.
