Update on the Bison2.
They send the issue over to the development team to be fixed, apparently it was indeed forgotten to add the change form the Bison3 to the bison2

New update on the Bison2 problem. I've been transferred to a dev who wants the Cache files form my PC (I've now told them twice that I'm reporting a problem for console) I've now once again informed them that they maybe should check if they forget to apply the Bison3 change.

Lil update on the R* beef, i was transferred to a Tier 2 technician, he couldn't find purchase information on my account (obviously I'm not using my main and ITS A STREET CAR) I was asked to provide a video, meanwhile you can't upload videos to the tickets. I've now added pics.
