@karenfthompson You need a twit with a helicopter or better still a forces helicopter that can carry you in the car to your MIL and drop you off Mission Impossible style.
@PickliciousF I hope what ever ails mummy gets better soon but in the meantime if the dreamies aren’t to heavy think about it Pickle she’ll be feeling guilty and have her hands free to feed you more treats and food. Suck your cheeks in. Look gaunt. Big eyes like Puss in Boots.
@CathyGarside@JaneFallon We used to feel a cat walking over our legs when we were in bed and our cats were no where to be seen. So I can say yes I believe they do linger with their owners a while.
@karenfthompson They put the prices up before they refilled their stock at the higher price which is wrong. The omnibus man should get involved. The government do nowt.
Yep I’ve gone back to purple hair. Thank you LIVE hair dyes for giving me this dark purple I wanted. I’ll apply it as long as my fibromyalgia gives me good days in which I’m able to lift my arms up to apply it and hands not being numb so I can grip the bottle and dye comb/brush.
@karenfthompson@helenvecht Hope you’re feeling much better soon. 👩⚕️🫶🏼🤗
When I was in full time work I’d heat lemonade up and pour Beecham powders on tongue then drink the lemonade. The trick was not to breathe in whilst doing this. 😜
@karenfthompson@Gamejunkie_UK Glad to hear it. Have a hot toddy when you get home. Put your thickets PJs on and sweat it out in bed. Pop a cut onion beside the bed, preferably where you’re breathing out. Onions are sponges for germs and will soak up most of the harmful germs you’re breathing out.
@karenfthompson Bless you. You forgot your face mask so you don’t give your virus to all your hotels customers. You should be tucked up in bed getting better. Working only prolongs it. Resting means your body has more energy to spend on getting rid of it.
@oelma__ Tree bark and a cleverly ‘disguised by nature’ snake. How is it climbing straight up with no hands? I know their body is a strong muscle, had a 6’ boa round my shoulders a few times. But this one is climbing straight up? AI?
@karenfthompson He’s after your delicious cooking, as usual. My hubby bought me such beautiful cards with love oozing out of them. It’s also our anniversary today and his way of saying how much we’re still in love after 25 years together. He’s a man of few words but his cards are so lovely.
@GlosMouse That should have said make the most of every minute. It was never ever a mistake being with my mam. Loved her with all my heart. It was her birthday yesterday she would have been 96.
@GlosMouse It’s gut wrenching to see our parents grow frail. Make the mistake of if every minute believe me I’d give anything to sit and hold my mams hand and keep her company again. We lost her two years ago in May.
@ElonMusk_LordX Phyllis, an angel on earth.
I remember a name off Anne of Green Gables. Emiline. I love that name.
Knew a Tina once and she was a sly nasty kid but the Margaret’s I’ve known have all been lovely people. Calm, kind, accepting and when they get older the get called peg or Peggy.
@Rainmaker1973 You can teach a child five or six languages by the time they are 5-8 years old. Depending on how quick they pick it up. They are little sponges.
