Bitcoin development was saved from collapsing due to lack of funding in 2015, and yes, some of that early institutional money was dirty (Epstein → MIT → DCI). That’s gross and everyone wishes it had come from cleaner sources.
But claiming that means Epstein secretly controls Bitcoin today is like saying because George Soros funded some early Linux work in the 90s, he still owns the internet in 2026. It’s just not how open-source, decentralized, heavily scrutinized, high-stakes software works.
Bitcoin remains the most battle-tested, audited, and secure money system in history. This is recycled 2025–2026 Epstein-file FUD that’s been circulating on X and conspiracy sites for months — it changes exactly nothing about the protocol’s robustness.
