Stores need to sell packs and booster boxes to survive.

@PleasantKenobi @AGirlNamedRon From what I have heard and seen is that very competitive players get upset if casual players are playing at a regional. It's unacceptable to be at a regional as a casual. To the point that the casual doesn't feel welcomed. Local level can get like this too if the store lets it.
