Unhealthy grieving carries the feelings of guilt and shame. When we experience the hope of a better day, guilt makes us ashamed for moving on as though we are leaving behind or forgetting our loved ones. On the contrary, moving on is a sign that you are growing and trusting God.

Grieving often feels like there is a hole in your chest or that something in you has died. It's not time that heals all wounds, its the process, the persevering, or maybe even longsuffering that brings us to the undeniable truth that we all have to trust God. #ITrustGod

Can we hurt and still be in faith? Does the Christian experience leave room for my humanity? While I am hurting, I'm still hoping. While I am grieving, I'm still believing. Our faith is not tied down to circumstances that changes, but to an unchanging God that keeps His promises

Yes, it is normal to grieve, miss a family member or friend, and hold on to hope. Hoping doesn't mean you ignore reality to spare what you feel. Hoping means you acknowledge the reality of the present but at the same time, acknowledge God's sovereignty. #destiny2022 #ITrustGod
