BREAKING: New York Attorney General Letitia James blindsides Ivanka Trump during today’s testimony by releasing bombshell courtroom evidence that proves that Ivanka was FULLY AWARE that her father Donald Trump committed financial fraud.

Attorney General James showed the judge devastating emails in which Ivanka Trump proposed lowering the required net worth for her father Donald Trump to personally back the Deutsche Bank loan that he eventually ended up receiving.

According to Attorney General James, the final agreement for the Deutsche Bank loan required that Donald Trump, as the guarantor, maintain a minimum net worth of $2.5 billion — down from the initial $3 billion that the bank initially required.

The email revealed by James in court today shows that Ivanka personally proposed a change to lower the net worth requirement for her father to $2 billion — a tacit admission that she KNEW that her father was over-inflating his net worth, which at the time, Donald Trump declared was $4.2 billion on the statement of financial condition that he filed when he applied for the billion dollar loan.

According to Attorney General James, this fraud allowed Trump to obtain better loan rates. An expert witness for the attorney general testified earlier in the trial that Trump’s “ill-gotten gains” from the fraud totaled a whopping $168 million.

Not only is this devastating for Ivanka and Donlad Trump in this massive $250 civil fraud trial — it also exposes them to criminal liability, which Attorney General James has hinted she may later charge them criminally.

BREAKING: Republican 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump loses it, throws a humiliating courtroom hissy-fit at his New York fraud trial after remaining uncharacteristically quiet during the first two days of trial.

It all started when the Judge Arthur Engoron declared that certain formalities can be ignored because there is no jury in Trump’s trial.

At this point, courtroom reporters say that Trump “began to grumble and angrily folded his arms while staring at the judge” and then “turned to defense lawyer Alina Habba,” loudly groaned, and exclaimed, “No jury!”

Then, Trump “threw his arms up in disgust and shook his head” as Judge Engoron looked on in disbelief, because, as he noted yesterday and the day before, it was Trump himself who decided to be tried by a judge instead of a jury.

Trump is clearly furious that he lost the case and he’s in serious danger of losing his business and going bankrupt, and now he’s desperately trying to save face with his cult.

BREAKING: President Biden’s historic hot streak continues as the August jobs report surpasses expectations, with 187,000 jobs added. Experts predicted it would be 170,000.

The share of women with jobs is at a record high. A staggering 13.5 million jobs have been created since Joe Biden took the reins at the White House.

BREAKING: Joe Biden reminds Republicans what a REAL president looks like by announcing that he has spoken to MAGA Governor Ron DeSantis to inform him that he has approved an Emergency Declaration for Florida ahead of Hurricane Idalia.

On top of that, President Biden has ordered FEMA to pre-deploy "personnel and assets" and vows that Florida has his "full full support as they prepare for Idalia and its aftermath."

Biden's support for Florida — regardless of it being a bastion of Republican far-right sentiment — just proves how very different he is from Donald Trump. Trump displayed naked favoritism for states that voted for him. He had zero interest in governing for all Americans. Biden cares about all of us.

President Biden's full-throated support of Florida during a hurricane takes on additional weight when one considers that extreme climate events like hurricanes are worsening due to the MAGA party's refusal to admit that climate change is real.

BREAKING: Donald Trump gets his worst polling news in ages as his support drops by 6 points after the Republican primary debate which he refused to participate in — proving that he's not invincible.

The embarrassing drop was not enough to dethrone him from his entrenched position as the Republican frontrunner as it saw him move from 56% to 50% support, but it is a big enough negative change to infuriate him.

Worse still for the indicted former president, the debates saw other candidates notable bumps in support. Bloodthirsty neoconservative former Governor Nikki Haley saw her paltry 2% jump to 7%.

Ron DeSantis — perhaps Trump's most despised conservative foe — bounced from 2% to 12%, an increase that likely would have been much larger if he weren't such an unnatural, clearly sociopathic individual incapable of mustering a human smile.

Disgraced ex-Vice President Mike Pence went from 3% to 7%. Of course, this is the man that Republicans wanted to hang on January 6th so he shouldn't hold his breath for the nomination.

On top of that, 27% of voters felt that entrepreneur, charlatan, and far-right lunatic Vivek Ramaswamy won the debate — but his support still dropped from 10% to 9%, perhaps due to the powerful white nationalist bloc within the Republican Party.

While Donald Trump remains at the head of the pack, and will likely secure the nomination barring a health scare or incarceration, these results show that he is a fundamentally weak candidate.

Joe Biden can and will crush him.

President Biden loves his son, Hunter, dearly.

You could hear it clearly in the message he left for his son while he was in the terrible grips of addiction. “It’s Dad. I called to tell you I love you. I love you more than the whole world, pal. You gotta get some help. I know you don’t know what to do. I don’t either.”

As a Dad, I know he had to be hurting, powerless to help his son climb out of that dark hole.

As a Dad, I know if has to be painful for him to bear with the millions of people clamoring to maliciously smear his son, who is still on the road to recovery from addiction.

As a Dad, I know that it had to be difficult to step aside and allow the Justice Department to appoint a special counsel to investigate his son.

Because you know what? If it were one of MY sons, I don't know that I'd have the intestinal fortitude to do that. ME PERSONALLY. But then again, I'm not the President, nor do I have any desire to be.

But that had to be hard as hell, knowing that it will give the right wing yet another talking point about his son, regardless of how empty and desperate the GOP's smear tactics may seem. You want to protect your kids from that, if it's in your power.

I know Donald Trump wouldn't do that... shit, Ivanka had those 18 Chinese trademarks approved because of her Dad. Did he approve an investigation into that? Hell no.

What about his son-in-law, Jared Kushner? Jared wasn't qualified for a job in the White House, couldn't even correctly complete a security clearance form, and yet Trump put him in there so he could soak up all of those million and billion dollar deals. Investigate him? Hell no.

Come to think of it, the ONLY person Trump approved an investigation into was... HUNTER BIDEN. And what did President Biden do when he took office? Did he defund the investigation? Did he try to derail it?

No. He allowed it to run its course.

So I'm a little pissed that Hunter Biden is being investigated. Talk about weaponization of government? It's been weaponized against him, to hurt his Dad.

But I am confident that, when the investigation is done, if Hunter is guilty, he will pay the consequences.

But it will NOT change my decision to vote to re-elect President Biden, who is a good Dad, a kind human being, and one of the best Presidents we have had in a long time.
