Carson Miller selects Room S! Finally, Room S is off the board after waiting patiently in the green room. This is already being tabbed as the steal of the draft. With this pick, Miller cements this as one of the greatest draft classes of all time for the third floor
With the 14th overall pick, Jack Bell selects Room C! Wow, the surprise of the draft comes here as Bell elects to move out of Room G after learning the Room C couch will he staying put. The question looms, will Michelle pay for a parking pass this semester?
With the 13th overall pick, Stephen Hocker selects Room K! What a pick from Hocker! The second floor continues to fill out towards the end of the draft as only one third floor room remains👀
. With the 12th overall pick, Coby Jobkar selects Room F! What storied tradition as Jobkar will reside in his big brother’s former room, Jobkar will look to carry the house GPA once again, but this time without his partner in crime Griffin Olshan by his side.
With the 11th overall pick, Jacob Koester selects Room R! With big shoes to fill, Koester looks to carry on the legacy of the recently graduated Connor Robinson. This look to be the go-to spot for sports betters this semester.
With the 10th overall pick Phi Sigma Sigma selects Room B! This being the sister’s second straight semester in the corner room, it looks like they will resign Ryan Schuler to occupy the room in their absence. When asked about the pick, Danny Amicon had nothing to say.
With the 9th overall pick, Christian Cooke selects Room J! Marking his third straight semester on the second floor, Cooke has become sort of wily veteran for the boys of floor two. Still remains to be seen how Cooke will deal with the loss of his former roommate, Kyle.
With the 8th overall pick, Aaron Potochar selects Room P! Tragically removed from Room M via President Wegener, Potochar finds peace in a more low-key home in Room P. Breaking up with his beloved roommate Koester, remains to be seen how Potochar will handle the move.
With the 7th overall pick, first time tenant and social chair Tom Callahan selects Room D! Callahan will leave his throne in Penn Towers and finally settle down in 305 E Prospect, finally ending the third floors hot streak. The question now looms, will this mean more Marcus?
With the 6th pick, Jackson Mills and the phoenix girls select Room Q! In true Duke Blue Devil fashion, the third floor has accounted for all of the first five picks. True dominance year after year. Mill’s move back to the third floor brings back memories of his prime.
With the fifth overall pick pick, Griffin Olshan selects Room A! Carrying on the legacy of Liam Williams, Room A once again will be the room with the most risk, as Olshan has generously volunteered to have his room be the tank for the second straight semester! Thanks Griffin
3. With the 3rdoverall pick, Devin Kachmar selects to remain in last semester’s hot spot, Room L. With the loss of Fio and three fish named Cody, Kachmar will have his work cut out for him if he hopes to return Room L to its former glory.
2. With the 2ndoverall pick, Chris Dirienzi selects room I and instead of going solo, will shockingly take on first-time tenant Alex Ford as his roommate! Ford refused to comment on his unbelievable luck, and instead opted to wish Brad Whitman a Merry Christmas! Nice pick.
With the 1st overall pick, President Mike Wegener selects room M and elects to room with Reigel for the second straight semester. Bold move from our Pres considering the vast number of singles available. “From room C to Room M, that’s a true cinderella story” said Jack Bell
With the Final Pick of the draft, newcomers Reigel and Wegener are forced into Room C after the rumors of Frank and Reidy staying put were proved to be smokescreens. You have to feel for whoever ends up in the top-bunk, Reidy was quoted calling it “an absolute coffin”
