Just finished reading RedHat white paper "Writing greener Java applications". 20 pages worth reading that explain the what and the how.
It talks about 2 important things:
- Efficiency: CPU and RAM consumes electricity.

Wouldn't it be cool to get your @OpenTelemetry data stored in an @ApacheParquet file, so that you can load it on your backend and analytics tool of choice while at the same time retaining ownership of your data? Looks like we are getting closer to that.

A very nice improvement landed in #kcctl: support for reading config from stdin via `kcctl apply -f - `. Super useful in combination e.g. with jsonnet for templating and setting up multiple similar connector configurations in one go. Thx, @TDangleterre!
