There's no circumstance under any situation that can make an officer shoot and kill a civilian for refusing to do community service. It's a community work, bulungi bwensi. Is not breaking any law. If you want to reach to that extent go to parliament and pass the law. That anyone who refuses to do community service will be shot dead.

Why are we even having trigger happy officers?

Life taken, officer will only be transferred. Govt will send five million and police will apologize.

But he had kids, parents, wife, grandparents, brothers, sisters, relatives and friends who ate from him, you have taken away their bread winner because u thought todays cleaning was going to make Ndejja look like Dubai.
