Banking HQs, company HQs are vacating from Harare CBD and relocating to the affluent suburbs north of Samora because Harare CBD is now too congested, very dirty ,too crowded. Harare CBD has now been reduced to one big flea market.

There is no longer much difference now between Harare n Lagos, it's all the same now ..heaps of rubbish, lawlessness, traffic jams, potholes. The CBD has been reduced to a home of vendors ,street kids ,touts. People urinate everywhere.
