@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport so my account log in name was made somewhere around the mid 2000's in RS2 I'm not sure how to to get enough correct information to not get auto denied, but I do have all the information since it became an OSRS account.

@JagexSupport I am using the laptop I played this account with to recover and because I know the creation pass and transaction ID's/billing info. I know I have at least most of the boxes filled with accurate information yet i'm still getting auto denied

@JagexSupport hello, this is my last ditch effort to recover my account, pk_kawasaki8. Recently this account was unbanned by Mod Jupiter as it was a victim of a hijack. My account is now locked and after many many recovery attempts I still get auto denied.

@JagexSupport I made the account before 2010 however i used the login ID to start playing OSRS in 2017 and that is the account i want to recover. should i be trying to use the OSRS info or the original RS2 info to recover?
