Now @flipkartsupport has just stopped responding and have told me to be 'patient'. It shouldn't take a month to refund and return a product that was reported defective on the day of delivery. @Flipkart

I have had a nightmare experience with @Flipkart @flipkartsupport after getting a defective laptop which I spent my savings on in October. Im now being told I have to wait till November end to get it returned let alone a refund. All my work is held up! Absolutely unacceptable.
