Have you noticed how intentionally misleading mainstream narratives have become?
It’s not random. Confusion is a strategy. When people are disoriented long enough, they stop evaluating issues through their own moral compass and start defaulting to whatever “their side” says. Team loyalty replaces principle.
Look at the contradictions.
Some who identify as pro-life support the death penalty.
Some who champion pro-choice support vaccine mandates.
Some who want fewer guns in civilian hands are comfortable with the government maintaining a monopoly on force.
Some who call themselves pro-freedom defend expansive surveillance in the name of security.
Left versus right. Red versus blue. Each camp defending positions that, when placed side by side, don’t always align with the values they claim to hold.
That inconsistency keeps people reactive instead of reflective.
When politics becomes tribal, coherence disappears. The narrative shifts week to week, and the only requirement is staying loyal to the team. The result? Everyday people lose track of their own foundational beliefs. They outsource critical thinking. They justify contradictions because their “leader” does.
It becomes a loop. Outrage. Defense. Realignment. Repeat.
If you want to break the cycle, step outside the script. Evaluate every issue through the same moral framework, regardless of which party is proposing it.
Get clear about your values.
You don’t have to pledge blind allegiance to a side, you can maintain your freedom and your integrity.
