Often not a lot of speech understanding benefit from hearing aids for people with mild hearing loss. However! @BarbraTimmer found that hearing aids significantly reduce listening effort & improve enjoyment of communication situations in this population!
.@NottmBRC wants to develop a tool to help know how well children with cochlear implants are hearing.This exciting research needs children aged 6-12 years with 2 CIs & English as a first language. Sessions last up to 2 hrs; £5 voucher & travel to NG1 5DU provided! @EarFoundation
