Gary Rowett is maybe not a name that screams excitement but I think it’s a smart appointment, (even if it is 3 weeks late!). He talks straight, honest, humble and really is top fella, but from my experience won’t suffer fools, so some of these players will have a harsh reality check (hopefully).

If he comes in and tries to play it ‘mates’ and pussyfoots around Egos, he’ll fail… because they’ll inevitably let him down. But if he comes in strong, disciplinarian type, proper ‘manager’ with none of that head coach nonsense 😂 and leads, he’ll do ok I think ☺️! Let’s see.
