@British_Airways Why are there are no flights from Bordeaux to LON in April 2024? I can get there from LGW at the end of March, Good Friday, but nothing coming back on Easter Monday or beyond? What is happening? Have you shelved the route?

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

@British_Airways Nothing relating to baggage claims works. I am out of pocket as you lost my luggage & now I can’t even claim for this expenses let alone any compensation. The form won’t accept photos and won’t even submit due to an error. HELP

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

Lost not list

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

@British_Airways why are you so relaxed about finding my list luggage. Alone in a far flung country without any of my possessions for 5 days and counting and LHR and DEL won’t even respond to messages asking for search updates. Very anxious about this. Impacting this work visit

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

@British_Airways 6 hours on hold today failing to speak to anyone who can help me. How on earth do I get to use my ftv? It’s enough to make you lose the plot. Please help

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

@BBCBreaking Just proves that he is, was, and always will be a complete bacter

@chilternrailway Not good when your trains run 7 days a week

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

@chilternrailway please turn the air on on on the 15.57 from MYB to Aylesbury Vale Parkway or at least explain why you cannot

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

So good to be back. I just can’t tell you how good this feels

@StaplesUK Why cannot your customer services respond about a failed pickup case number 00931702. Staples are fast becoming a waste of time, you didn't even import order history on accounts when you migrated to the new website. HELP!!

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

@StaplesUK Why won't you respond to my online request for a return? no answer at all

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

@virginmedia New Customer M100 £26.99 for 18 months, Existing customer M100 £39.87 going up by £3.50. Disgusting treatment of a 20 year customer.

@BBCNews What are you doing with the Nightingale hospitals? Loads of fuss at the build and then very little

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

Why are we not told how the Nightingale hospitals are being utilised?

[Tim Pike @TEP20]

So, @DHLParcelUK has gone silent in regard to my enquiries about their inability to do what they are paid to do - deliver my parcel. Really Really Poor. DHL you stink. A customer facing business that doesn't respond to it's customers - a recipe for success - NOT
