We were really pleased to win a Knowledge Exchange award from @sheffielduni last night!
Our #Flight100 project won the award for 'Outstanding partnership or impact in commerce/industry/economy', beating stiff competition from other such projects across the whole university.
We were visited by the Visit by Thomas J. Walsh, Head of Science & Innovation at the British Consulate-General, Houston. Tom visited our facilities whilst in the UK to find out more about our facilities and discuss collaboration opportunities with the US. 🤝
This week we were joined by a team from @centricaplc, who also visited the @TheAMRC, along with @SolFBrown. Centrica saw our world-class facilities to discover more about the opportunities and challenges of industrial decarbonisation.

We're proud to say that the Energy Innovation Centre (EIC), comprising TERC and SAF-IC, has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for its SAF characterisation and testing laboratory and recognises our commitment to delivering high quality work to our clients and partners.
We met with the leadership team from our business park neighbours Outokumpu this week, where we discussed their sustainable stainless steel practices, and the possibility of future endeavours with energy storage, carbon capture and e-fuels. It was great to meet the team!
Last week we had a visit from our new EIC members, Drax Group! A team came for a tour of the facilities, which was the first of three visits we'll have to look at potential collaborations as part of the membership.
