In the 1800’s they didn’t have games like we do so we made a game they may have played. Checkers! We mixed in math by using our rulers to measure the squares and put our multiplication skills to the test to see how many squares we’d need! #pioneerlife #pioneergames #novideogames

Today we were visited by Emma Haney, an Indy 500 princess. We learned about the history of the race and even got to see an official pace car! #indianahistory #indy500 #500princess

Today we learned about different types of bridges and how they can withstand force! We conducted an experiment and built bridges with paper. We tested how sturdy they were by seeing how many pennies we could pile on before it collapsed! #mysteryscience #pullvspush #schooliscool
