As Christians we tend to forget that worship is not our thing, it is the Lord's thing! He created the concept or should I say the mystery called worship for Himself first. So, you don't need to feel like worshipping Him.

He is asking you to worship HIM. Regardless of what you feel or not, It is a command that must be obeyed. So whether or not you felt those goose pimples or that after effect of an experience with God, as far as you offer it from a standpoint of obedience to God. It is WORSHIP!

I remember the story of one of my students. I met her at a church audition. Now, here is a little back story. According to her, she had always admired the church choir. Their poise, the harmony and rhythm of their voices, their uniforms, everything about the choir was just so

Anyway! She is going to be auditioning next Sunday and she is very confident that she will make it this time because now, she understands better what her vocals really need.

It's the day of the audition and she had screamed out her lungs in the shower in preparation for the audition. She got to church and waited for her turn. Obviously confident in her bathroom rehearsal couldn't wait to blow the judges’ minds.

God is not asking us to Feel like Worshipping Him o..HE IS ASKING US TO WORSHIP HIM!

IT IS A COMMAND, that must be obeyed!

True Worship is the finest form of Ministry to the Lord.
