Today is a day I never thought would happen… I will not be in work as I am taking part in the RCN strike action.

I’m sure there will be media for and against today… wanted to share my reasons for Striking today.

The actual drop in wages also doesn’t help encourage students.

I personally know lots of nursing colleagues who have left nursing 😢

I’m striking because something needs to be done to ensure this profession is still here in 15years…
