Our Week 3 asset of the week is T23 (Treasury Gilt 2023) for the first time, following a 4% increase. The performance of T42 (Treasury Gilt 2042) is also worth mentioning, with a slim 0.5% rise after the big downfall it experienced in Week 2.

We’ve seen a fall in the overall value of our fund this week by 3.6%, whilst the FTSEAS has seen a small rise in value by 0.8%. The rebalancing will be discussed this week and we are confident that we will be able to reach our target of 1.6-2.4% growth.

Our asset of the week is XAU (Gold) for a second week in a row, as its value has increased the most (a 3.70% increase). Another asset we are particularly happy with is Greencoat UK Wind Plc as its increase in value (by 1.22%) has compensated for the negative change from week.

The FTSEAS has seen a significant rise in value by 7.02%, largely thanks to the @pfizer vaccine announcement. We are still confident that we will be able to reach our target of growth of 1.6-2.4% with some rebalancing.

The week ending 13/11/2020 has been an interesting week for our fund. We have seen a rise in the value of the following assets: Unilever (by 1.28%), AstraZeneca (by 1.89%), Greencoat UK Wind Plc (by 1.22%), and Gold (by 3.70%).

In 2020 @UnileverUKI generated more than 50% of its revenue from green activities. By 2025 this percentage is gonna increase even more.

During the first week, Unilever had had a positive change of 6.47%.

It was the third top performing asset in our fund.
