@WB1505 @DaTruthDT I would say you should judge a character based on their best setup, cell literally has 10% extra dr on a full cell saga team wich is a big deal but even then i think he is extremely underrating cell

@ZiedTa Their purpose moving forward is going to be the same as the 7th anni right now, you either float them if you have them turn 1 or keep them in rotation if you have them turn 2 to get the standby as soon as possible
