@BackseatsmanLFC That Merseyside derby at Goodison has rattled Slot. He hasn’t looked the same since. Arguing with refs and giving spiky interviews, his heads gone wouldn’t be surprised to see them go on a bad run now.
Let me remind you who the real disgrace is here.
Anthony Gordon desperately tried to engineer a late move to Chelsea when Everton needed players to stand up and be counted.
He didn’t get it, so he spat his dummy out stopped performing in games as soon as the transfer window shut and didn’t register a goal or assist for 5 months and he downed tools to the point he was was dropped from the first team and didn’t start for 5 games.
He refused to turn up to training in the January to force his way out the club so the fans rightly turned on him and was completely disrespectful to the fanbase with comments he made when he left.
On Gordon’s first return to Goodison after coming on as a sub for 3 mins, he purposely did an over the top celebration in front of an Everton TV camera in the tunnel after the result had just put Everton into relegation zone with just 5 games left of the season (as you say the club he had spent over 10 years at)
Yesterday he spent the afternoon sticking his tongue out to the Gwladys and making gestures in an attempt to goad and disrespect the fans who paid his wages since he was a boy.
He smugly grabbed the opportunity to take the penalty because he wanted to bury the club and fans who gave him everything.. you just know he would have done an over the top celebration in front of the Gwladys Street if he had the bottle to score it, so he rightly should get stick for missing.
Fuck Anthony Gordon he’s the disgrace here. Absolute gobshite.
Well played @Everton
It seems the Newcastle fans have now fully turned on Anthony Gordon as the angry Geordies kick his car & chase it down the street as he leaves training today shouting “F**k off you rat” & “Up the Mags”
Maybe the Everton fans were right about him all along? #NUFC
Whatever you say about him....
He scored the most important goal
(arguably) in the clubs history.
DCL v Palace
Richarlison Palace
Horne Wimbledon
Farrelly Sheff Wed
Heath v Oxford
Sharp v Watford
3 years ago today Everton spent most of the final day in the bottom 3 🪦
Until @abdoudoucoure16 blasted in this rocket to rescue the Blues & sink Leicester 🚀
Lauded by many commentators & pundits as the loudest they’ve ever heard a football stadium 🔊
