@FuzzyHag Heya! I’m sending you a kinda long DM with my details for RP and stuff. is it still open to do so or are you full up on DMs and don’t want more?
@Flaming79744614 Forgive me if it seems crude, momma. But would you mind terribly if I sent you a dm about RP, or just to chat? If I did so would you respond? If your DMs are cluttered I more than understand
@VaggieIsBae@Manga_Kamen You’d think so right? But everything seems to be framed like it’s suicide, or the closest thing to death, they lose who they are and are just mindless beasts. It’s framed like it’s death of the person (I’ve also never played dark souls so take what I say with a grain of salt)
@VaggieIsBae@Manga_Kamen I understand that, but it feels like everything interesting that could have been done with the whole thing was mishandled. And then she dies, gets stuck in a tent and then the show ends. There’s nothing really done with the entire ordeal. It’s a lore dump, she cries, tbe she dies
@VaggieIsBae@Manga_Kamen Any real development. I think the entire ending, especially the lamppost scene, felt more like the start of an arc. Rather than a goodbye. Yes death is a consequence but it’s a consequence softened by Pomni getting some form of closure and able to see abstracted Jax calmed down
@VaggieIsBae@Manga_Kamen That’s true, but I also feel that her being a cautionary tale is a bad read as well. Like I very much see how it could be, but it’s a cautionary tale paired with an abuser, she made the choices to abusive for years. And she never apologized, and the show being cut short cut off
