As a veteran that has served from 1983-2003, then as a civil servant who deployed to Iraq, I can sincerely tell you that your design doesn’t invoke ANYTHING but revulsion for me. Iraq didn’t look ANYTHING like this out of touch proposal. It doesn’t invoke any emotions nor memories of those I served with in that war.

You want to build that thing? Sell it to someone on the Left Coast. It might mean something to them out there. As for those of us who served out there, it doesn’t mean a damn thing. You missed the mark.
