@robbreauxshow The NCAA is as weak an organization as I have ever seen. For God’s sake spend the money to hire an attorney that has at least won a case. Using Pre-paid legal to find your trial attorney is never a good idea
So I guess in the Lubbock, Texas judicial system a Red Raider can never be disqualified from playing football as long as he claims “the devil made me do it”. That judge should be disbarred. The NCAA needs to hire a decent trial attorney who can make a persuasive argument in Court.
That judge should be disbarred for caving into rapid alums who want what they want regardless of cost or consequences. Texas Tech has severely tarnished its reputation by acting like ravenous whores. They will have to deal with the backlash of their actions. I hope it was worth sacrificing your integrity for a couple of wins
@DanSig5@TechAthletics@TexasTechFB True, but the NCAA is weak and it lacks the legal horsepower other athletic institutions have, i.e. NFL, MLB, etc. They don’t anticipate trends that the general public does such as NIL deals. They should have been proactive instead of reactive and they could have minimized damage
@TechAthletics@TexasTechFB You are as wrong as you can be! No greater sin in college athletics than gambling, especially on your own team! You guys in Lubbock live by old west Justice. You are just going to buy and cheat your way to a national championship.
@sareenfrank Hanoi Jane was a traitor during the Vietnam war. Her opinion about the standing of the United States is hypocritical at best since she is far from being a patriot
@ParkerThune@SoonerScoop Surprising, but money talks loudly to 18 year old kids. It’s a little disappointing that OU let both of them get away at the same time. I’m sure we will flip one or two guys away like we did last year with Petit. Recruit taller, not smaller
@ParkerThune Receivers are easy to find in the portal. Besides, I thought we were going to stop recruiting 5’9” receivers. They can’t catch sideline passes because they can’t compete for 50-50 balls
