멤버들 모두 각자 솔로 활동에 집중하고 있다는 걸 알고 있고 팬들은 개개인의 성공을 진심으로 응원하고 바라는 한 편, 무엇보다도 멤버들이 지금의 모습으로 설 수 있었던 것은 그 전에 블랙핑크였기 때문이라는 것을 잊지 말아주세요.

컴백, 월드투어, 팬미팅까지도 기대하지 않습니다. 팬들의 기대치는 그만큼 낮아졌으니깐요. 하지만 이렇게 중요한 기념일에 아무것도 없다시피 지나가려는 것을 보니 솔직히 마음이 아픕니다.
팬들은 끊임없는 활동이나 매주하는 라이브나 이벤트를 바라는 게 아닙니다. 블랙핑크는 원래 그런 스타일의 그룹도 아니었다는 것을 블링크들은 오래 전부터 받아들여 왔습니다.

블링크들이 바라는 건 단 하루입니다. 365일 중 단 하루, 함께한 10년을 축하할 수 있는 8월 8일.
짧은 라이브 방송 하나, 의미 있는 이벤트 하나, 아니면 처음부터 응원해온 블링크들과 시간을 함께 보내는 것만으로도 큰 의미가 될 것입니다.

멤버들이 블링크들을 사랑한다는 걸 팬들은 물론 알아요. 멤버들이 하는 말들, 팬들을 바라보는 미소와 눈빛 속에서 느껴왔지만, 때로는 말보다 행동이 더 큰 의미를 지닙니다. 단 하루라도 팬들을 위해 시간을 내는 것은 “블링크 사랑해요”라는 게시물 하나보다 훨씬 더 큰 의미를 갖습니다. 사랑은 노력을 통해 보여지는 것입니다.

사실 정말 슬프게도, 만약 멤버들이 10주년에 단 몇분이라도 인스타그램 라이브를 켠다면 팬들은 또 마치 세상에서 가장 큰 선물을 받은 것처럼 반응을 할 겁니다. 블링크들은 실망감을 숨긴 채 아주 작은 일 하나하나에도 마치 대단한 일인 것처럼 축하하고 기뻐하고 있습니다. 팬들이 최소한의 것에도 감사해야 하는 상황을 만들어서는 안 됩니다.

우선순위가 있다는 것도, 솔로 커리어도 중요하다는 것도 이해하지만 블랙핑크로서 함께할 때가 오면, 진심으로 함께해 주길 바랄 뿐입니다.

이런 마음들을 팬들이 감추었던 것은 멤버들에게 상처를 주거나 부정적인 분위기를 만들고 싶지 않아서였지만 더 이상 침묵하는 것도 옳지 않다는 생각이 듭니다. 팬들이 솔직하게 목소리를 내지 않는다면 팬들이 이렇게까지 생각하고 있다는 것을 알지 못할테니까요.
