$CHPY: The Race to Long-Term Capital Gains

Congratulations! If you invested $50,000 at the launch of $CHPY, you're now officially halfway to having your entire cost basis reduced to zero, assuming the distributions are 100% Return of Capital (ROC).

Once your cost basis reaches $0, future ROC distributions are generally treated as long-term capital gains rather than a reduction of basis.

A reminder that high ROC distributions and high distribution rates can be tax-efficient today, but they may accelerate future capital gains recognition over time.
